Details This is an up-to-date announcement regarding the status of our Live Support System which was down for the past 2 weeks.

Dear value customers and friends,

you might have noticed that Live Chat was offline for the past 2 weeks. This was due to an IP conflict on our server, after a necessary migration performed on our data center.
Now, the problem has been resolved and you may access it normally, without any problems. Our Sales and Support staff will be happy to assist you; just click the Live Chat button on our website
and you will be connected to the department related to your question/issue.
